Program Registration
You may register for any programme online at actualityabroad.com or by calling us at +1 (321) 353-9836.
Program Fees
A $250 USD deposit per person is required at the time of registration. Deposits are nonrefundable. Final payment is due 90 days before the programme start date.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- 91 or more days before the programme start date: all payments except the deposit are refundable.
- 30 to 89 days before the programme start date: 50% of the programme fee will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the programme start date: no refunds will be given. However, 50% of the programme fee may be applied to future programmes.
If Actuality Abroad Cancels a Programme
Actuality Abroad reserves the right to cancel programmes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a programme, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer into another programme. In the rare event that a programme is cancelled while in progress, we will make necessary arrangements to prioritise the safety and well-being of all crew members.
Responsibility
Actuality Abroad organises programmes in collaboration with independent suppliers. These suppliers are not Actuality Abroad employees or agents, and Actuality Abroad is not liable for their actions. Crew members agree to release Actuality Abroad from responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Safety and Risks
Certain risks are inherent in travel. While Actuality Abroad takes precautions to prepare for unexpected events, crew members acknowledge that safety cannot be guaranteed. By registering, crew members assume responsibility for their own safety.
Admission and Code of Conduct
Admission to Actuality Abroad programmes is at our sole discretion and may be revoked or limited if a crew member's behaviour compromises the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of others. Participation requires adherence to our policies and Code of Conduct.
Photography and Video
Actuality Abroad may make photographs or videos during programmes for promotional purposes. Crew members agree to allow their images to be used unless they explicitly notify programme staff at the start of the programme.
